Hello I’m tony , my customers have asked I pass on the below as it helped them out when picking a provider weather it be me or any one else , if there is anything I’ve not answered there are no silly questions it’s your pride and joy ask away :)

Because what your buying Check out photos the 20 plus bike secure in the vehicle used (photos of bikes fully secured is all ways a must ) system I uses is the standard system in Europe so no rubbing straps and I never sleep in motel/hotel and leave your bike unattended over night as I’m not a logistics company with employees.

More importantly you only pay me when the bike’s delivered and your 100% happy 😃 the only logical reason I can see to forcing customers to pay "in advance" before collection is if was not delivering the service promised , bike weren’t secured as shown or I was doing the bait and switch or sub contracting :)

As you can see all my insurance have bean verified including accidental damage ( assume it not covered for accidental damage unless says verified accidental damage 👍)


Please note : I don’t get involved massive over quoting / charging and then massively reducing or underquoting other companies normal by $20 shenanigans - I believe simply honest quoting straight off the bat and quality service that stands up on its own and happy repeat customers

I only transport bikes , I’m not a bulk logistics company or a mass transporter shuffling bikes from city to city , i personally transport every bike personally and as value add to you accidental damage insurance is included for free saving you around $120 and I pay any excess ( very important)


Industry hack : if you’re quoted fully / totally / complete / accident insurance included all ways ask is that "accidental damage insurance" and who pays the excess (normally up to $5000 so no one claims )


Things that differentiate my service from other providers


* over 20 pictures of customers bikes fully secured in the vehicle used , no smoke or mirrors . All ways ask for pictures of bikes secured in the vehicle is going on at least 6 or 7

* I give you a time frame and deliver direct to you in the time it takes me to drive to you , I can do this because I don’t subcontract or collected your bike unload and store then reload on another truck/trailer when I have enough bikes going your way or can find a subby . Every provider knows when they’re in the area simply ask :)

* I give you dates flexible means your provider will pick it up some time when they feel like it . If date don’t suit you simple ask for your pref dates 😀


* The engineered system I run is unique in Australia ( but standard in Europe with transporters and race teams ) the system means no blow fork seal , no tie-downs to the floor this means no lateral loads and damage to tie point on front brakes / rear swing arms / rear pegs / bent handle bars / no damage for rubbing straps etc / simply check out the pictures and compare.


* I collect and deliver every bike personally in the vehicle shown so you don’t have to deal with logistic brokers/organisers/subcontractors

* Enclosed door to door motor bike service , I don’t and would never run multiple vehicles , to my customers how bikes are secured and what vehicle is used is paramount plus free accidental damage insurance

* You can phone me personally every step of the way , the person in the vehicle with the bike.

* no mix loads I only transport bike

* I won’t have a dummy spit and charge you extra (both industry standard) if there a extra box or pipes or two , items will be happily wrapped in flessy blankets simply advise me before booking please :)

*I personally collect and deliver straight to you , no storing / loading or unloading , some you see me load some one see me unload giving you piece of mind

* accidental damage insurance include for free

* Gold standard engineered "tie down free" system

* Van pictured Is the vehicle used ,no tow ball is fitted so your guaranteed no trailer is used.

* Bike transported direct to you , no waiting or storing or passing bikes from contractors to contractor.
