I had an excellent experience with SAC Transport Group & Logistics. Jamie was extremely professional from start to finish and arrived at the collection point on time with a very well-equipped truck, perfectly suited for transporting my Ducati. He handled the bike with great care and clearly understood how to secure and protect a high-value motorcycle. Delivery to the international freight forwarders was completed well within their strict timeframe, and he even took photographs to confirm the handover, which was very reassuring. Jamie’s attention to detail was outstanding. He was also highly knowledgeable about the export process and provided plenty of helpful advice, particularly around uncrating the bike at the receiving end. Overall, I would highly recommend SAC Transport Group & Logistics. If you have a quality bike and need it moved safely and professionally, this is a service you can trust.

I had done my research as it was a new car, and a lot of other companies had poor reviews which scared me. I can’t fault ‘upmove’ as the communication was excellent from start to finish and the car arrived on time in perfect condition. The process was smooth, stress-free, and very professional. Tony was an absolute pleasure to work with and took the utmost care of not only my transportation worries and needs but also my peace of mind. I probably called him more times during the trip than I should have, but without fail he would answer the first ring every time and happy to answer anything and everything. Tony also took care of the verification of payment, and was extremely kind and helpful to the seller too. The bike was loaded and transported in a very very secure second to none setup. As this was my first interstate purchase, I was quite hesitant to use a transport company. But I can assure you that from the word ‘hello,’ Tony relieved all my worries and even waited for me at the place of arrival as I was running late. Cannot recommend him enough.
