I could see that the bike was handled with the utmost care and he communicated each and every point of the process with me flawlessly. My bike arrived bang on time and it was actually lovely having a chat with him. He’s a veteran and has fought for veterans rights in his retirement. Great guy and great service. Excellent service, and clear communication throughout the whole process. Vicki was really helpful when I had questions and kept me updated unprompted - which is a first for transport. I’ve had a couple other cars transported via other companies and this was the only one that actually made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. Price was also extremely competitive and the car arrived on a really flash truck - no complaints from me. Will go with these guys again!

Booked Expert Car Transport through UPMove and so glad I did. The whole experience was very positive and after receiving three or four other quotes, Expert Car Service ended up being much cheaper. The car was transported from Sunshine Coast to Melbourne in a week or so. I would strongly recommend this business!

Expert Car Transport was 10/10 in every aspect. It was like a personal concierge service. Communication faultless and delivered weeks ahead of scheduled time and even the day of delivery 20min of the agreed time. Great experience with Parkin & Co moving my car from Cairns to Brisbane. Easy process, good communication, and the car arrived on time in perfect condition. Additionally, when dropping off the vehicle Paul noticed the plastic engine splash guard was hanging low - no fault of theirs. He took the time to tie it up to prevent it coming off when the vehicle had to be driven home. Parkin and Co went above and beyond, at a great price.
