SAC Specialty Vehicle Transport
Thank you for the opportunity to quote on your transport requirements. Below are several reasons why you should consider OUR COMPANY for your current and future transport needs.
Why Choose Us
* Proven dependability: As a registered carrier, we have earned a 100% satisfaction rating from over 1,200 customers, giving you peace of mind.
* Specialised equipment: Our fully enclosed vehicles provide safe, weather-protected transport for motorcycles. We also offer uncovered transport for cars, boats, jetskis, golf carts, ATVs, UTVs, quad bikes, mowers, and selected agricultural equipment—both within and between states.
* Trained drivers: All drivers receive specialised training in loading, handling, securement, and best-practice loading/unloading procedures.
* Roll-on, roll-off system: We use a roll-on, roll-off (RoRo) loading method that eliminates the need for crating, streamlining the process and reducing damage risk.
* Reliable network: We operate efficient routes to many states and regional areas, including all major regions listed in your enquiry.
* Kerb-to-kerb convenience: Our kerb-to-kerb service ensures direct collection and delivery on sealed roads, minimising handling and reducing damage risk, with direct driver communication at every step.
Pricing Transparency
All quotes include: GST, fuel costs, tolls, parking fees, and Site fees. As a registered transport company, we also incorporate income tax into our pricing. Quotes are based on our capacity to fulfill your transport requirements—not on maximising revenue per vehicle. While our prices reflect our commitment to high-quality service, we believe excellent service offers lasting value: “Cheap things are seldom good, and good things are seldom cheap.”
Service Scope & Limitations
* Quotes are for kerb-to-kerb service (for collection & delivery) on sealed roads only. Transport along unsealed or dirt roads is not included and not covered by insurance.
* Any changes to collection/delivery timeframes, locations, or additional items will affect the total charge.
* Items must be prepared, ready, (Empty) and available for collection from the property’s kerb during the specified window, and will be handed over to the recipient (kerbside) upon delivery.
* Additional items are limited to 10 kg per item and are charged separately. (Only where agreed to in writing by both parties)
Terms and Conditions of Bookings
* Cancellations/alterations: A cancellation fee of 100% of the job acceptance fee + GST (whichever is greater) applies for any alterations after quote acceptance. This covers administrative and routing costs. Cancellations after acceptance are applied at the director’s discretion.
* Payment: Payment is due on or before delivery. Items will be dispatched once funds are verified. Statements include insurance unless specifically stated otherwise.
* Packing & vehicle condition: Customers must ensure all items are properly packed for safe transport. Damages due to poor packing will not be covered. All bikes must roll unassisted and be placed in transport mode; batteries are not covered under any claim. All cars must be operational, including working brakes and handbrake. Each vehicle must be empty unless agreed in writing prior to quote acceptance. Additional items (agreed in writing) must not be strapped to the bike or left with the vehicle, or the booking will be refused.
* Collection/delivery windows: Each collection or delivery has a 4–6 hour window, usually scheduled within 12–24 hours of each other. If sender or receiver is unavailable, please notify the driver 12–24 hours ahead. Failure to notify results in the transaction being counted as complete, and the full contract fee is due. Additional charges apply for rebooking.
* Refunds & scheduling: All transport costs are non-refundable. Pick-up and drop-off dates are subject to change due to unforeseen traffic, weather, vehicle break downs or road disruptions.
