    Thank you for the opportunity to quote on your transport/towing requirements.
    (Please note that the vehicle needs to have keys and the steering wheel is unlocked and the vehicle has not been involved in an accident within 5km's from the pickup location).

    - The price quoted is based during weekdays from Monday to Friday 7am-5pm. Weekend, afterhours and public holiday services will attract additional charges, please enquire if required.
    - Payment to be made on collection or delivery of vehicle, accepted payments are PayID or EFTpos/bank transfer and include GST.

    - Requested collection/delivery dates are subject to availability.
    - Inclusions are: Etag tolls (if applicable), travel time to/from pickup/delivery points and loading/unloading of vehicle, additional delays at pickup/drop off points will attract a waiting surcharge of $25 per 15 minutes, charged in 15 minute increments.
    - Any cancellations made prior to the collection time/date will incur a cancellation fee of $100.
    - Rest assured as your vehicle is fully insured and in safe and capable hands with a 5 point tie down whilst being transported on my truck.

Overall it was great and easy dealing with the team, response was quick and timely, I received regular updates from the team, and most importantly car was delivered without any issues. Only comment that I say is I would have preferred a tracking link that I can click on myself to see where the car is at but overall the team responded in a timely manner.

Recently moved from Perth to Melbourne and was worried reading through all of the moving company’s reviews I could find online, rest assured I had no problems at all getting my RAV4 over. The communication was great the whole time and I frequently got updates along the way would definitely recommend paying the extra for a trusted company and to fill the boot with my boxes.

Seriously these guys are brilliant from my first query until the delivery and follow up after my car was delivered I couldn't fault them. Friendly, courteous, professional, caring and absolutely amazing with their communication and customer service. Price was also exceptionally good. I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone who is looking to transport their vehicle interstate as I did or over a shorter distance.
