As this was an urgent request, the initial contact with vendor was a little problematic with slowish replies to initial inquiries however when Vicki and Harry from Upmove took over, communication was exceptional from uplift through to the early delivery with updates throughout the car's journey. They were also able to accommodate my every request within tight timeframes. I was hesitant to pay online without the vendor's physical address but I proceeded after I was reassured of my protection. Car delivered over a week earlier than expected and was in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks Vicki and Harry!

I recently arranged car transport from Cairns to Brisbane, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the support I received throughout the process. Like many moves, mine came with its fair share of challenges — juggling plumbers, electricians, removalists, and even an unexpected overseas trip due to a personal matter. I was feeling quite overwhelmed trying to manage everything at once, but the team made the car transport one less thing to worry about. They were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the collection process, and their email communication was always kind, clear, and thorough. The transport itself was impressively smooth and efficient. In fact, the car arrived before we did, which was such a pleasant surprise and took a lot of stress off our shoulders. From the cost and customer service to communication and delivery speed, everything was handled professionally and seamlessly. It truly felt like I was in safe hands the entire time. If I ever need to move my car again, I would absolutely use their service without hesitation and confidently recommend them to others. The only downside is that this is the kind of service you don’t need often — but when you do, it makes all the difference to have a reliable team like this. Booked Expert Car Transport through UPMove and so glad I did. The whole experience was very positive and after receiving three or four other quotes, Expert Car Service ended up being much cheaper. The car was transported from Sunshine Coast to Melbourne in a week or so. I would strongly recommend this business!

Great experience with Parkin & Co moving my car from Cairns to Brisbane. Easy process, good communication, and the car arrived on time in perfect condition. Additionally, when dropping off the vehicle Paul noticed the plastic engine splash guard was hanging low - no fault of theirs. He took the time to tie it up to prevent it coming off when the vehicle had to be driven home. Parkin and Co went above and beyond, at a great price.
