South Coast Towing Service responded to my request for quote within hours and with a highly competitive price. Communication with Gregory was great from end to end, and he was super responsive to any questions. The pick up and delivery went without a hitch and on arrival the condition of the car was perfect (as expected). What was also important to me was to support a local business - the market seems quite saturated with big players. I’m grateful I found this business.

I was very impressed with the initial contact with Upmove and the promptness of the towing company to pick up the car (I confirmed the booking on Tuesday morning and it was picked up at 2pm the same day). I was slightly disappointed about the communication throughout. At the QLD end they were told delivery would take 4-5 days (to Melbourne). When it hadn't arrived on the 6th day we tried contacting the driver but couldn't get a reply. We eventually receieved a message to say the car would be dropped off "tomorrow morning". When I replied asking an approximate time there was no answer. I had to work so I asked a friend of mine to wait for the delivery. It eventually turned up at about 1.30. I don't mind that it took that long, or that it arrived at 1.30, just a bit of communication would have been nice. A reply from the driver saying "late morning" is all it would have taken. But all in all, I was very pleased. I would definitely recommend them.

Extremely fast service - booked on Friday and was delivered Monday (QLD - NSW). Even accommodated drop off location change. The car arrived in perfect condition. We had to contact them to find out if it had been picked up but other than that it was a perfect delivery. Thanks very much.

Sensational experience. Not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Best service ever. Within 48 hrs I had my car delivered from Ballina NSW to Ballarat VIC. Good timing as when I approved the quote Peter was heading to Brisbane. Will never worry about looking elsewhere, I've found my car moving guy. Love Ya Work Peter. So friendly, knowledgeable on an older car that I hadn't driven in over 30yrs.

Exceptional service from K&E Transport Services. VW T-Roc was transported from Townsville to Sydney. Before the transport of the vehicle, the staff of K&E were very helpful. The period of during transport was challenging for the transport driver due to adverse weather conditions. David, the driver kept in constant contact with us and updated us on progress. The vehicle arrived safely and in good condition. K&E Transport truly went above and beyond.
