I was very impressed with the initial contact with Upmove and the promptness of the towing company to pick up the car (I confirmed the booking on Tuesday morning and it was picked up at 2pm the same day). I was slightly disappointed about the communication throughout. At the QLD end they were told delivery would take 4-5 days (to Melbourne). When it hadn't arrived on the 6th day we tried contacting the driver but couldn't get a reply. We eventually receieved a message to say the car would be dropped off "tomorrow morning". When I replied asking an approximate time there was no answer. I had to work so I asked a friend of mine to wait for the delivery. It eventually turned up at about 1.30.
I don't mind that it took that long, or that it arrived at 1.30, just a bit of communication would have been nice. A reply from the driver saying "late morning" is all it would have taken.
But all in all, I was very pleased. I would definitely recommend them.
