★ Inaccessibility
-When arranging for pickup or delivery outside a metropolitan area, the truck/driver might not be able to reach your doorstep due to accessibility issues. If this happens, you may need to meet them at a nearby location, such as a main road, truck stop, or servo, to complete the pickup or delivery process.

★ Vehicle Requirements
Your vehicle's safety is our priority. Please ensure it meets these criteria:

-The vehicle should be in good driving condition and fully operational, without any mechanical issues, alignment problems, or safety concerns that could affect its operation in any way. It should also have no electrical faults, fluid leaks, or other conditions that might prevent it from being driven safely and reliably.

★ Empty Vehicle Policy
-The vehicle should be completely empty of any goods or spare parts to ensure safety and security during transport; only spare tyres, fixed baby seats, and factory tools are permitted inside.

★ Standard Vehicle Dimensions
To provide you with an accurate quote, your vehicle should fit within these dimensions:

-Car/Sedan: Length ≤ 5m, Width ≤ 2m, Height ≤ 1.5m

-Light Commercial/4WD/SUV: Length ≤ 5.1m, Width ≤ 2m, Height 1.5m-1.99m.

-Ground clearance of at least 150mm is required or should be communicated.

-The quote provided is for vehicles with the standard dimensions mentioned above. If the vehicle's dimensions fall outside the standard criteria, the price will change. Any changes in dimensions or modifications that affect the vehicle's size should be communicated to us to avoid any issues later.

★ Transit Time
-Please note that transit time is calculated in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, and is an estimate that cannot be guaranteed. We recommend not planning anything based on it.

-Please note that transit times are estimated and subject to change due to various factors like weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdowns, and operational backlogs which are beyond our control.

★ Collection and Delivery Dates
-While we strive to accommodate your preferred pickup date, availability may vary by location.

-The specified transit time begins once your vehicle is ready.

-Please note that cancellations may incur a fee of up to $250.

-Please note that a futile fee of up to $300 may be incurred for an unsuccessful attempt at pick-up or delivery.

We are a small, independently owned Australian towing and vehicle transport business, proudly family-owned and operated. While we may not always be the lowest-priced option, our workmanship, communication, and customer feedback reflect the standard we uphold.

For your peace of mind, we are fully licensed and insured, with coverage per vehicle on both our trucks and trailers.

As vehicle enthusiasts, we specialise in the transport of classic, exotic, custom, and performance vehicles, while also providing transport for everyday cars, motorcycles, boats, camper trailers, caravans, trailers, and small machinery. Trade plates are available for towable items where required.

Unlike high-volume transport operators, we carry only a limited number of vehicles at a time, allowing us to prioritise care, safety, and communication. As an owner-operated business, you will have direct contact with the driver throughout the entire transport process.

We are based in the Adelaide Hills, south of Adelaide, and provide local, regional, and interstate vehicle transport services throughout SA, VIC, NSW, QLD, and beyond.

This quote includes all charges and GST. Pickup and delivery dates and times will be arranged to suit where possible.

Important Information

• Our truck and trailer combination is approximately 19 metres in length. Please ensure suitable access is available at both pickup and delivery locations. Where access is restricted, a nearby suitable meeting point such as a service station or car park may be required. We will always work with you to ensure a smooth and practical handover.

• Please contact us prior to booking to confirm availability, particularly if transport is required on specific dates. We will always do our best to accommodate preferred timeframes.

• Cancellations:
Interstate bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may incur a fee of up to 20%.

• If we attend a collection and the vehicle is not as described, not ready, not paid for, or not cleared for pickup, a fee of up to 50% may apply due to the time and costs involved.

• If you need to cancel or make changes, please provide as much notice as possible. We always aim to work with you to reach a fair outcome and complete the job wherever possible. We don’t like cancelling jobs — we prefer to get the job done properly.

• If a quote is not accepted within 6 hours, proposed dates may change due to other bookings. Prompt acceptance is recommended to secure your preferred dates.

• We will always attempt to access the exact pickup and delivery locations; however, where access is limited, an alternative nearby location may be required.

• We do allow personal items in the vehicle. Please ensure all items are securely placed, as we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by unsecured items during transport.
