Worst communication when picking up the car in Adelaide but good communication when delivering 
I kept asking what time my car will be picked up but Nathan kept telling me that there will be someone call me in advance 24hrs before pick up time but the driver called me just when he arrived and my car was at the car park that I need to walk and get it in 15mins.

                            Judie, apricate your feedback, we did all we can in following up the local carrier, as we explained we can only go by what they advise us, they form and then carry out a run to accommodate everyone including yourself, we did chase everything up on our end relentlessly , unfortunately bring a local contactor they are engaged to deliver the vehicle but still remain as a separate company, we do not have access to their systems, nor can we make them call, our main business is the long-haul part from state to state we provide the local connection for the convivence of the customer,  we have to work with them in order to try to get the vehicle there on time. Saying this I know have been busier than normal I am sorry for any inconvenience this is not normal practice form them, and we can only go on what they say and pass it on. I do appreciate and understand your viewpoint, we wish we could of just got it there ourselves, our equipment is a large trucks and vehicle equipped for interstate transport, we cannot accommodate smaller deliveries, or we would of.
