I had a 10/10 experience with Expert Transport.

Their service, communication, and incredibly fast responses were exceptional from start to finish. They kept me updated almost every day whenever there was progress and made sure I was always in the loop. Even after I received the car, they followed up to ensure everything had arrived safely and that I was happy with the service.

They arranged for CEVA to transport my car, and they were excellent as well. I paid a slight premium, but it was absolutely worth it for the peace of mind. I always felt my car was in safe hands.

A special thank you to Harry, who was outstanding to deal with throughout the entire process. He was professional, friendly, and made everything seamless. I genuinely couldn't fault the service—everything was handled to perfection.

The only downside was that Western Australia is a long way from Victoria, so the transport took a little time, but that's simply the distance and not a reflection of the service.

I highly recommend Expert Transport to anyone needing vehicle transport. They exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Overall it was great and easy dealing with the team, response was quick and timely, I received regular updates from the team, and most importantly car was delivered without any issues.
Only comment that I say is I would have preferred a tracking link that I can click on myself to see where the car is at but overall the team responded in a timely manner.

I’m so happy with how my car transport was handled. Harry, the specialist who helped me, was professional and patient from start to finish:
• Communication: Super fast replies. He jumped on every request right away and kept me posted the moment things were done.
• Tracking: I got real-time updates on exactly where my car was.
• Honesty: When a door-to-door delivery within my expected timeframe wasn’t possible, Harry was upfront about it. He helped me organize a depot pickup and sorted out a partial refund for the difference without any hassle.

Recently moved from Perth to Melbourne and was worried reading through all of the moving company’s reviews I could find online, rest assured I had no problems at all getting my RAV4 over. The communication was great the whole time and I frequently got updates along the way would definitely recommend paying the extra for a trusted company and to fill the boot with my boxes.

As this was an urgent request, the initial contact with vendor was a little problematic with slowish replies to initial inquiries however when Vicki and Harry from Upmove took over, communication was exceptional from uplift through to the early delivery with updates throughout the car's journey. They were also able to accommodate my every request within tight timeframes. I was hesitant to pay online without the vendor's physical address but I proceeded after I was reassured of my protection. Car delivered over a week earlier than expected and was in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks Vicki and Harry!

Very efficient awesome communication made by staff

I recently arranged car transport from Cairns to Brisbane, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the support I received throughout the process.

Like many moves, mine came with its fair share of challenges — juggling plumbers, electricians, removalists, and even an unexpected overseas trip due to a personal matter. I was feeling quite overwhelmed trying to manage everything at once, but the team made the car transport one less thing to worry about. They were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the collection process, and their email communication was always kind, clear, and thorough.

The transport itself was impressively smooth and efficient. In fact, the car arrived before we did, which was such a pleasant surprise and took a lot of stress off our shoulders.

From the cost and customer service to communication and delivery speed, everything was handled professionally and seamlessly. It truly felt like I was in safe hands the entire time.

We recently had our vehicle transported from Brisbane to Adelaide through upmove, and were extremely happy with the whole experience. I had done my research as it was a new car, and a lot of other companies had poor reviews which scared me. I can’t fault ‘upmove’ as the communication was excellent from start to finish and the car arrived on time in perfect condition. The process was smooth, stress-free, and very professional. I want to say a big thank you to Vicki, the customer agent, for everything she has done to assist me throughout the stressful car delivery process. As I understand, human errors can sometimes occur, but I am glad everything came back smoothly. I have got my two keys back, fortunately. I really appreciate the effort she made to update me whenever she received new information from the car delivery company and to provide reassurance, as this means a lot to me.

We had our son's car transported from Brisbane to Cairns, and received really amazing service. The driver that collected the car definitely made an extra effort coordinating the pickup.
The car was delivered well before the time that was given to us when we booked, and again the driver was really great when he dropped it off.
