I recently arranged car transport from Cairns to Brisbane, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the support I received throughout the process.

Like many moves, mine came with its fair share of challenges — juggling plumbers, electricians, removalists, and even an unexpected overseas trip due to a personal matter. I was feeling quite overwhelmed trying to manage everything at once, but the team made the car transport one less thing to worry about. They were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the collection process, and their email communication was always kind, clear, and thorough.

The transport itself was impressively smooth and efficient. In fact, the car arrived before we did, which was such a pleasant surprise and took a lot of stress off our shoulders.

From the cost and customer service to communication and delivery speed, everything was handled professionally and seamlessly. It truly felt like I was in safe hands the entire time.

If I ever need to move my car again, I would absolutely use their service without hesitation and confidently recommend them to others. The only downside is that this is the kind of service you don’t need often — but when you do, it makes all the difference to have a reliable team like this.

I am quite sceptical of many car transport services as I have heard bad things from many people. However I trusted this service, and they didn’t let me down. My car was transported from Mount Isa to Brisbane within 3 days. I had no issues at all. They reassured me throughout the process and kept in communication, providing updates along the way. The most reliable and trustful company we ever use. Vicki and the expert car transport team did a top job on transporting our little Hyundai from North Queensland to Victoria. Vicki communication throughout the process was paramount. I couldn't recommend this company enough!

An amazing service. Fast response to my questions and all answered in detail and politely. Trying to organise a time for pick up was difficult from my end as I wasn’t in the state - so Vicki helped so much. We found a suitable time and from pick up to delivery I was given regular updates! We recently had our vehicle transported from Brisbane to Adelaide through upmove, and were extremely happy with the whole experience. I had done my research as it was a new car, and a lot of other companies had poor reviews which scared me. I can’t fault ‘upmove’ as the communication was excellent from start to finish and the car arrived on time in perfect condition. The process was smooth, stress-free, and very professional. I want to say a big thank you to Vicki, the customer agent, for everything she has done to assist me throughout the stressful car delivery process. As I understand, human errors can sometimes occur, but I am glad everything came back smoothly. I have got my two keys back, fortunately. I really appreciate the effort she made to update me whenever she received new information from the car delivery company and to provide reassurance, as this means a lot to me.

We had our son's car transported from Brisbane to Cairns, and received really amazing service. The driver that collected the car definitely made an extra effort coordinating the pickup.
The car was delivered well before the time that was given to us when we booked, and again the driver was really great when he dropped it off.
I would recommend Expert Car Transport to anyone.

The car pickup and delivery service was excellent!

The driver in Melbourne arrived on time and loaded car without and issues. He was a nice guy too.

And the best thing was the car arrived in Cairns ahead of schedule by several days and in perfect condition.

The driver in Cairns was also excellent.  I kept his details as he provides local towing service.

Excellent service, and clear communication throughout the whole process. Vicki was really helpful when I had questions and kept me updated unprompted - which is a first for transport. I’ve had a couple other cars transported via other companies and this was the only one that actually made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. Price was also extremely competitive and the car arrived on a really flash truck - no complaints from me. Will go with these guys again!

Booked Expert Car Transport through UPMove and so glad I did. The whole experience was very positive and after receiving three or four other quotes, Expert Car Service ended up being much cheaper. The car was transported from Sunshine Coast to Melbourne in a week or so. I would strongly recommend this business!

Expert Car Transport have just given me the best customer service from any company in my whole life from the first point of contact to when the car was delivered and beyond they have been exceptional. Vicki and her team went above and beyond to help me and make my delivery completely stress free and make me feel absolutely confident that my car was looked after and cared for as if it were their own. Impressive, top-notch communication — especially accommodating for a Deaf person. Everything went smoothly, and I received regular location updates throughout the journey. Great service & communication, highly recommend this company

The Expert Car Transport team delivered exceptional service from start to finish. They provided clear information upfront about sending my car from Cairns to Sydney and kept me updated with every step while the vehicle was in transit.

To my surprise, the car arrived much earlier than expected — delivered on October 7th, well ahead of the original ETA of October 22, 2025 — in perfect condition, door to door.

A special thanks to Vicky and Harry, who were consistently honest, responsive, and supportive throughout the process. Their professionalism gave me complete peace of mind while I was busy packing and preparing to move back to Sydney.
