All of the staff from Upmove that I talked to via messaging were courteous and helpful. I didn't actually meet the guys who moved our daughter's piano but she said that the move went really well and "The two guys were really nice; not snooty at all". The young owner of the piano we bought said they were bang on time. Twas a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
