Organisation with Harrison was easy and communication and the updates were quite attentive on the day as well. Joe and Mark handled our piano with great care. Although there were no stairs there was the challenge of fitting through a smaller door which they angled with careful precision and strength. This company is not very professional and does not have the correct equipment to get a piano upstairs. I would not recommend.

We appreciate you taking the time to share a review. Unfortunately When we ask if you have stairs .you said was only the front concrete stairs .but when removalist arrived to the drop off address the found out you got wooden laminate floor stairs  and guys told you that our machine wont be able to go on those stairs .there is high risk of machine to  break those wooden stairs due to past experiences .

We hope this helps clear things up and we look forward to providing a quality experience in the future.

Everything was moved effectively, some very minor damage on a few pieces. The 2 movers were friendly worked quickly. My recommendation would be get a detailed quote to understand when the fees apply from and whether it is going to be a sub contracted job. Harrison was was responsive to my concerns and gave me a partial refund to reflect the minor issues I experienced so happy with their customer service overall.
