Your move was originally scheduled for 28 July. Unfortunately, while our driver was travelling from our Sydney depot to Wollongong, the truck suffered a flat tyre, making it impossible to complete your move that day. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we contacted you and arranged to complete the move the following day.

On the day of the move, our driver had to travel approximately two hours from Sydney to Wollongong. I also sent you a message advising of the driver's expected arrival time. I apologise that we arrived later than planned, but we did our best to keep you informed throughout the process.

Thank you for recognising that our movers were professional and courteous. We truly appreciate your understanding and your patience. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience next time.

We would like to address your specific concerns and make things right. The removalist did told you on day that the will picking other pianos from canberra to sydney .if the arrive in sydney in time the will drop off your piano same day .i also called you and i told you that removalist arrive to sydney late and will drop off the next day and you advice to drop off before 9.30am.but the removalist decide to drop earlier to avoid pick our traffic,Our piano removalist team have 25 years experiences .im not sure who said this is their 1st Job .As you can see in other reviews

We appreciate you taking the time to share a review. Unfortunately When we ask if you have stairs .you said was only the front concrete stairs .but when removalist arrived to the drop off address the found out you got wooden laminate floor stairs  and guys told you that our machine wont be able to go on those stairs .there is high risk of machine to  break those wooden stairs due to past experiences .
