I had an excellent experience with SAC Transport Group & Logistics. Jamie was extremely professional from start to finish and arrived at the collection point on time with a very well-equipped truck, perfectly suited for transporting my Ducati.
He handled the bike with great care and clearly understood how to secure and protect a high-value motorcycle. Delivery to the international freight forwarders was completed well within their strict timeframe, and he even took photographs to confirm the handover, which was very reassuring.
Jamie’s attention to detail was outstanding. He was also highly knowledgeable about the export process and provided plenty of helpful advice, particularly around uncrating the bike at the receiving end.

Arrived for pick up a day late, driver asked me to find him a motel in Townsville. Bike was left in a on side of road for pick up as he was a day late. I don’t receive any notice that he was going to be late until I contacted the driver on pickup date.
Bike arrived in Newcastle on time and off loaded with no trouble.

I have a steep dirt drive that is an old sand dune, Mark the driver was very competent and had no problem reversing the delivery van up the drive to where I wanted the Bikes. I had 2 bikes moved and both arrived in perfect condition in a very quick time frame. I couldn't be happier, with the delivery, and to have my babies with me again, lol.
