Very quick with perfect prices

I have never been so disappointed with service of any kind. Your guy arranged to be at our house at 9:30am. I had several other important things to get done that day but he didn't show. I sent a message at 11:30 to find out where he was. He called back to say he was 30 minutes away as he was at another job. I again waited for him, but then ran out of patience at 1pm and had to go out to get food for that evening. He called at 2:45 to say he would be at our place at 3:30. When he arrived, he had none of the items I specifically requested (trolleys, protection for the new flooring, padding). Him and his offsider then bumbled their way through the job, dropping the piano (as they placed it on the lip of a step from the garage, which it fell from), placing it on the new flooring and sliding it (which I had specifically told them that the piano could NOT be rolled on the flooring). I had to shout at them to stop. Then they picked it up and stumbled their way across to where the piano was going, looking like it could be dropped again at any point. Fortunately it was not but when the offsider lifted it so the coasters could be put under the wheels, he bashed it into the newly painted wall. The whole exercise was incredibly unprofessional and if it wasn't so serious it would have been comical. The reason I left the rating of 1 star was only because I could not rate zero stars. I will NEVER use this service again as I expected a professional service and at least some knowledge of what they were doing. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

I needed this urgently and they made an amazing effort to do it same day. Double Muhammad means double awesomeness. The weird house and steps and pot plants were expertly dealt with no stress. Friendly and careful. Highly recommended.

The carrier communicated well and arrived exactly on time. They took great care of my upright piano and moved it safely. Their service was highly professional, and I recommend them.
