Unfortunately due to mechanical failure with both Michaels vehicle and trailer on separate occasions, pick up and drop off times were delayed. Michaels communication skills need improvement as I had to initiate pick up confirmation and updates during the transportation process. My motorcycle did however, despite Michaels bad luck, arrive safe and in the condition it left, so I am thankful to Planet Transport for that.

Our records state:
Job was quoted with pick up and delivery dates as flexible.
We experienced mechanical issues along the way of which we documented and supplied photos of the breakdown to show we were being honest.
There are approximately 20 text messages between us and the pick up location where we co ordinated the collection.
There are also several text messages between us and the drop off location/buyer plus a number of phone calls with the pick up and drop off location.
We were not aware that this was an URGENT or EXPRESS delivery agreement.
Under the circumstances we will have to disagree with the review you left us.
