We are disappointed to read this review, as it does not reflect the facts of the job.
Our team arrived on time, worked carefully for 4.5 hours, and completed the move within one truck load as quoted. In fact, we helped move items well beyond the customer’s original 9.6cbm inventory list, without charging extra.

Every truck in our fleet is equipped with 10–15 moving blankets, and the driver also took photos before and after the move to confirm this. The customer claimed that we scratched his sofa. While we don’t have photos taken before the move for that specific sofa, we do have multiple photos of his other furniture taken before the move, showing that all pieces were old and already had numerous scratches and marks. We also have photos of the sofa taken after the move, where it is very clear that the mark is old and not caused during our handling. The driver also confirmed that the sofa was wrapped with two blankets during the move for protection.

If a customer requires every single item to be wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap, this must be clearly requested before the booking, as it is not part of the standard moving quote.
We always handle customers’ belongings with care and transparency, and we are proud of our professionalism and integrity.

It is unfortunate that, after receiving more service than quoted and careful handling, the customer still chose to make unfair claims. We stand by the quality of our work and remain confident that the service was completed properly and in good faith.

I’ve double-checked with the driver and they were indeed late, my apologies for that.

As for the GST, it was my mistake for not clearly communicating it to the driver. I’ll arrange to refund the extra 10%.
