One of the drawer cabinet is damaged. Two legs are torn from the base, two screw holes are spoiled and damaged.
Besides damages claim, the customer service called after 3 hrs while the men were still working on the pickup, claiming about additional charge of $275 due to the “delay” of elevator waiting time. My unit is at second highest floor. Don’t cry any lift would have bypassed and caused you extra waiting time.
From my observation , the tech men did not fully pack the elevator in each turn.
It was outrageous that the CS asked for overtime charge while the whole job was merely done the halfway.
My quote is a one-off package, i asked the CS how you calculate and estimate the finish time. No kidding me please.
No response came back after the arguments.
The job was don beautifully though the efficient is poor. I paid the quote amount.
Both techs deserved what they got.
However, the sale strategies are awful!! Never go back to this mover.
