Cootes Towing and Transport

I purchased my dream car and needed it to be transported from Victoria to NSW on budget. After looking at the reviews of major logistics companies online I was quite nervous as everyone had bad reviews with severe delays and lack of caring for the vehicles. Then I found Cootes Towing and Transport. I was surprised by the service provided by their team as it was breath of fresh air. The communication was on point and I got next day delivery and my car came in perfect condition. If you are in situation like mine, don't think twice, book them and sleep tight. I highly recommend them. Thanks for great work team Cootes.

At the end of the day the car was delivered in great condition but unfortunately communication was really poor, pickup times/drop off times were changed many times, extra charge was added to my quote when the invoice came due to them requiring an extra truck to fit it into my street but this could've been completely avoided had I just received a phone call when they were close and could've picked up the car. The quotes they give on upmove also don't include GST

Need to get better Communications happening i had to message and chase when the car is arriving the thing is people have to work also and take time off work to wait for delivery. I am still very happy with the quick turn around and he work very hard to the point of delivery was midnight

The team did a really good job moving my corvette. From start to finish everything whent smoothly and the car arrived o time and in good condition. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again if I need another car moved.
