Great with communication so I knew exactly when he would arrive at my door. Will definitely be utilising his services for all my future bike transport needs and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to my friends for bike transport and pick up. If you need anything he picks up every time and has a solid network so I’d pick his brain first for any complicated or sensitive or valuable pickups!

I was in Sydney for only two days after buying a bike and was frantically calling every transporter in the book to arrange a pickup to Canberra. While everyone else was booked out or difficult to coordinate with, Nick came through.

He initially told me he could pick it up the following Friday. Which I was already happy with. But he actually ended up getting it done on Monday. The speed of service was incredible.

Extremely disappointing experience. My brand new motorbike arrived damaged and despite contacting Ace Motorcycle Transport and providing evidence, Nick has been ignoring us. There is no ownership, no communication and no support if things go wrong. Once he takes his payment, you’re on your own. I would not trust him with valuable items anymore.
