I was in Sydney for only two days after buying a bike and was frantically calling every transporter in the book to arrange a pickup to Canberra. While everyone else was booked out or difficult to coordinate with, Nick came through.

He initially told me he could pick it up the following Friday. Which I was already happy with. But he actually ended up getting it done on Monday. The speed of service was incredible.
Why I’m giving 5 stars:

• Photo Updates: He provided great live photo updates during transit, which gave me total peace of mind.
• Pricing: The quote was very reasonable and fair, especially for such a prompt interstate move.

Extremely disappointing experience. My brand new motorbike arrived damaged and despite contacting Ace Motorcycle Transport and providing evidence, Nick has been ignoring us. There is no ownership, no communication and no support if things go wrong. Once he takes his payment, you’re on your own. I would not trust him with valuable items anymore.
