Arrived for pick up a day late, driver asked me to find him a motel in Townsville. Bike was left in a on side of road for pick up as he was a day late. I don’t receive any notice that he was going to be late until I contacted the driver on pickup date.
Bike arrived in Newcastle on time and off loaded with no trouble.

Thank you for your feedback Nathan and I’m very apologetic for the delayed collection the driver has conveyed a text message was sent to confirm of the delay in collection due to vehicle issues but I am very sorry for the delay and if there is something we can do to make up for the delay we’d like to assist. Brought the bike from batemans bay to wodonga at an awesome rate and even held onto it for a few weeks until I finished moving down. They responded quickly to texts and emails.
Was definitely worth paying the few extra dollars to remove the stress of transporting the bike interstate.

I have a steep dirt drive that is an old sand dune, Mark the driver was very competent and had no problem reversing the delivery van up the drive to where I wanted the Bikes. I had 2 bikes moved and both arrived in perfect condition in a very quick time frame. I couldn't be happier, with the delivery, and to have my babies with me again, lol.
