- Our quotes are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), fuel, tolls, parking, and site fees. As a registered transport company, we also fulfill our obligations regarding income tax.

I was busy during collection, made contact 40 minutes before the end of pick up window. Refused to turn around when the truck was only about 25min away. Refused to reschedule & was forced to pay another $400 on top of the original quote to rebook.
Also arrived two hours before scheduled drop off time window. I can’t stress this enough, Do not use SAC transport services! Appalling.

If you’re booked in to have a bike collected within a 4 hour window and then you receive 2.5 hours notice for collection and you don’t bother to show up and call 45 minutes after our arrival I’m not sure how you expect us to turn around 45 minutes after your no show to drive back to accommodate your tardiness. Then upon delivery you don’t even bother make yourself available to receive the bike with 72 hours notice. We agreed to collect and deliver at the agreed times and you couldn’t adhere to the dates and times and now you trying hold us responsible for your incompetence. Hardly seems reasonable.

I had to transport my GUERRILLA recently from VIC to ACT. I engaged the upmove guys for it (Jamie). He was amazing right from communication to payment till delivery. He promised for pickup and delivery times, and they were prompt on it. The motor bike was delivered safely without any issues/damages. I would stick with them for my next moves when needed.
